David Freese (hamstring) remains out of Pirates lineup on Friday
Pittsburgh Pirates third baseman David Freese (hamstring) remained out of the lineup on Friday.
Freese has been out since Monday with a hamstring strain and remains a candidate to be placed on the disabled list if the injury holds him out much longer. Josh Harrison is at third base on Friday with Gift Ngoepe playing second against the Miami Marlins.
Freese is batting .321/.418/.536 with three home runs and 10 RBI's in 67 plate appearances this season.
