Mariners give Kyle Seager a day off on Saturday
Seattle Mariners third baseman Kyle Seager will get his first day off of the 2017 season on Saturday against the Oakland Athletics.
Seager has played in all 18 games to start the season, so he gets a well-deserved day off on Saturday. Mike Freeman is starting at the hot corner and batting eighth against Jharel Cotton.
Our models project Freeman for 0.72 hits over 4.0 plate appearances on Saturday with a 36.0 percent chance of scoring a run and a 39.0 percent chance of driving in an RBI.
