Tigers' Miguel Cabrera (back) unsure of his status for Opening Day
Detroit Tigers first baseman Miguel Cabrera (back) admitted he isn't sure if he'll be ready for Opening Day.
Cabrera tweaked his back during the World Baseball Classic and did not look himself as he batted .190 over 21 at-bats. When asked if he would be ready for Opening Day, the first baseman said: "I don't know." While there is still a week and a half before the start of the season, this is something to monitor for those who have not had their fantasy drafts yet.
