Pirates' Jung Ho Kang facing charge after DUI accident

Pittsburgh Pirates' infielder Jung Ho Kang was arrested in Seoul, South Korea after leaving the scene of a DUI accident, according to Jeeho Yoo of Yonhap News.

What It Means:

Kang allegedly had a blood alcohol level of .084, well above the legal limit of .05. Unfortunately, this is not the first off-the-field issue for Kang as the Chicago Police Department investigated him for an alleged sexual assault earlier this year. This new charge may result in a suspension for the infielder if found guilty.

Kang had a mediocre second season in the majors as he hit .255 with 21 home runs and 2.3 wins above replacement for the Pirates while playing only 103 games.
