Miguel Cabrera lifts Tigers past Braves
Detroit Tigers first baseman Miguel Cabrera launched a pair of home runs on Friday, powering them to a critically-important 6-2 victory over the Atlanta Braves.
Cabrera showed up in a big way in this must-win for the Tigers, as Cabrera finished the night going 3-for-5 with three runs scored and three RBI's. Detroit is only a half game out of the AL wildcard race.
