Ryan Braun out for Brewers Tuesday due to wrist soreness
Milwaukee Brewers outfielder Ryan Braun is out Tuesday with a sore wrist.
It was originally believed to be no more than a standard day of rest. Braun is still expected to return to the diamond Wednesday for Milwaukee, so it's nothing of concern. Michael Reed is starting in left field and hitting eight as the Brewers battle right-hander A.J. Griffin and the Texas Rangers on Tuesday night.
Braun is slashing .307/.368/.544 with 30 home runs and 90 RBI's in 551 plate appearances this season. He also has 16 stolen bases and 78 runs scored.
