Ryan Braun out again Tuesday when Brewers battle Pirates
Milwaukee Brewers outfielder Ryan Braun is out of the lineup for Tuesday's series opener versus the Pittsburgh Pirates.
What It Means:
Braun was also absent from Sunday's series finale against the Chicago Cubs. His wife is reportedly close to her due date for the couple's second child, so that could be playing a factor here. Jake Elmore is starting in left and batting sixth for Milwaukee Tuesday night.
Braun is slashing .308/.371/.550 in his age-32 season, adding 30 home runs and 88 RBI's across 531 plate appearances.
