Anthony Rendon hits his first home run of the season
Anthony Rendon went 3-for-4 with a single, a double, and a home run as the Nationals lost 5-2 to the Mets.
Anthony Rendon has been limited to a 113 plate appearances this year due to injury. He's hitting .286/.363/.388 with a .325 wOBA and a 0.17 nERD on the season. His return was much needed for the Nationals as Danny Espinosa and Dan Uggla combined for a -0.41 nERD in Rendon's absence. Our projections have Rendon producing a .321 wOBA for the rest of the season.
