Ben Revere set to make his debut for the Blue Jays on Saturday
The newly acquired Ben Revere will leadoff and play left field for the Blue Jays this afternoon as they face the Royals.
Royals starter Yordano Ventura has struggled against lefties, surrendering a .341 wOBA. Revere has a 0.47 nERD, putting him above a league-average hitter, but not by a whole lot. Revere has a .333 wOBA against right-handers and only strikes out 7.6 percent of time against them.
