Clayton Kershaw scratched from start on Friday, Greinke to start in his place
Clayton Kershaw (hip) has been scratched for the second time this week but is scheduled to pitch tomorrow. Zack Greinke will start tonight against the Angels.
What It Means:
Our algorithm had Kershaw projected as the top daily fantasy pitcher for tonight. Luckily he's being replaced with another stud in Zach Greinke. Against righties the Angels are 16th in wOBA at .312 and have the 11th lowest strikeout rate at 19.5 percent. Per our algorithm, Greinke is projected as the third best starting pitcher tonight in terms of daily fantasy points. We're projecting him to pitch 6.54 innings while striking out 5.88 batters and allowing 2.25 earned runs.
