Brandon Moss goes yard twice in Cardinals' loss
St. Louis Cardinals first baseman Brandon Moss had two home runs and three RBI's on 2-for-5 hitting on Thursday, but it was all for naught as the Cardinals fell to the New York Mets 10-6.
Moss missed most of July due to injury, but has looked great since his return, with 8 home runs, 16 runs scored and 20 RBI's through 21 games (92 plate appearances) in August.
Moss has been great from the dish this year, slashing .267/.342/.587 through 342 plate appearances, with a .385 wOBA that is his best since 2012 and a .320 ISO that marks a career-high.
