Dexter Fowler returns from disabled list in style for Cubs

Chicago Cubs outfielder Dexter Fowler made an epic return from the disabled list, going 3-for-4 with a home run, three RBI's, and two runs scored in Friday’s win over the Milwaukee Brewers.

What It Means:

Fowler missed over a month with a hamstring injury, but got right back to his outstanding season on Friday. The 30 year-old isn't racking up steals this year, but he is on pace to set a career high in batting average and he could still post one of the best RBI seasons in his career.

Fowler is now slashing .298/.405/.504 with a .396 wOBA across 289 plate appearances this season. He has 8 homers, 31 RBI's and 43 runs scored and our models project him to post a .353 wOBA with 7 homers, 22 RBI's and 28 runs scored remaining this year.
