Trevor Story held out of Rockies' lineup again Sunday

Colorado Rockies shortstop Trevor Story (finger) remained out of Colorado's lineup Sunday against the Los Angeles Dodgers.

What It Means:

Story has not played in the last four games and five of the last six for the Rockies. However, he is not currently expected to go to the disabled list due to a bruised finger. Cristhian Adames is starting at shortstop on Sunday and batting seventh against Brandon McCarthy.

Story has slowed from his red-hot start, but his season-long numbers remain great. He's sporting a .373 wOBA with 19 long balls, 50 RBI's and five steals in 324 plate appearances. Our rest-of-season projections peg him to post a .326 wOBA with 11 more jacks, 40 RBI's. His 2.08 nERD currently ranks 37th in the big leagues.
