Chad Kuhl slotted to take mound for Pirates Saturday
Pittsburgh Pirates pitcher Chad Kuhl is scheduled to start Saturday against the Oakland Athletics.
What It Means:
With the Pirates having a day of recess on Thursday, there was speculation that the rotation would be tweaked, but it appears things will remain status quo.
Kuhl gave up three scores over five frames (5.40 ERA) in his big league debut Sunday, earning a rare victory over Clayton Kershaw. He fanned five and walked three while giving up four hits.
