Derek Dietrich cleared of any concussion symptoms for Marlins

Miami Marlins infielder Derek Dietrich was cleared of concussion symptoms.

What It Means:

Dietrich took a ricocheted ball off the back of his head Sunday while sitting in the dugout but apparently came away mostly unscathed. He showed up at Marlins Park in good spirits Monday. Miami's fill-in second baseman is slashing .325/.416/.524 with three home runs and 22 RBI's in 44 games this season.

Our models currently project Dietrich to hit .253/.321/.412 with five home runs and a .317 wOBA over the remaining course of the season.
