Blue Jays place Troy Tulowitzki (quad) on disabled list
Toronto Blue Jays shortstop Troy Tulowitzki has been placed on the 15-day disabled list with a strained right quadriceps.
What It Means:
Tulowitzki re-injured his quad on Friday against the Boston Red Sox.
Tulo has struggled this year, and his -0.67 nERD ranks 265th in the Majors. His .326 wOBA is on pace to be his worst since 2008, and our projections have that number falling to .310 by the end of the season.
