Kendall Graveman concedes two scores in a no-decision for Oakland
Oakland Athletics starting pitcher Kendall Graveman surrendered two runs on seven hits over 4 1/3 innings in Tuesday's no-decision against the Seattle Mariners.
Graveman struck out three and walked two on the evening. He allowed an RBI double to Robinson Cano in the first inning and an RBI single to Nelson Cruz in the third, but otherwise came away unscathed in terms of scoring damage. He will carry a less-than-imposing 1-6 record into his next contest, which is a matchup against the Minnesota Twins.
The 25-year-old right-hander owns an uncomfortable 5.36 ERA, 1.60 WHIP and 16.98 strikeout percentage over 47 innings (nine games).
