Angel Pagan (Grade 1 strain of left hamstring) should skip Giants' disabled list
San Francisco Giants outfielder Angel Pagan will miss a minimum of four-to-five days with a Grade 1 strain of his left hamstring.
Pagan strained his hamstring while running the bases on Sunday. As of now, he's expected to avoid the disabled list. The Giants will go with a combination of Mac Williamson and Gregor Blanco in left field while he's sidelined.
Pagan has had a strong start to the year, posting a .354 wOBA and .141 ISO through 26 games, but our numbers expect him to slow significantly. We project Pagan to hit .266/.320/.346 with a .291 wOBA over the remainder of the season.
