Tom Murphy out of Mariners' Wednesday lineup
Seattle Mariners catcher Tom Murphy is not starting in Wednesday afternoon's series finale against right-hander Charlie Morton and the Tampa Bay Rays.
Murphy went 1-for-5 with a 2-run rocket on Tuesday, his fourth consecutive game with a homer. He has 6 taters in that four-game stretch and 16 in 54 games overall this season. Omar Narvaez is starting at catcher for the Mariners on Wednesday afternoon.
numberFire's models expect Murphy to record 3 homers, 8 RBI, and 6 runs scored over the rest of the season.
