Yasiel Puig (suspension) back Thursday for Indians
Cleveland Indians right fielder Yasiel Puig (suspension) is back in the starting lineup for Thursday night's series opener against right-hander Chad Green and the New York Yankees.
Puig is working out of the cleanup spot in his return from a three-game suspension for his involvement in a benches-clearing brawl between the Cincinnati Reds and Pittsburgh Pirates on the night he was traded to Cleveland. Tyler Naquin is in left field and lined up eighth. Greg Allen is in center and hitting second. Oscar Mercado is sitting.
