Los Angeles Dodgers infielder Edwin Rios is not starting in Thursday afternoon's series finale versus left-hander Caleb Smith and the Miami Marlins.
Rios hit his first and second major league home runs in a 9-1 beating of the Marlins on Wednesday, finishing 3-for-4 with 3 RBI and 3 runs scored. Cody Bellinger is moving to first base for Thursday's matinee while A.J. Pollock (groin) returns to center field out of the leadoff spot.
Rios is slashing .346/.485/.731 and averaging 9.0 FanDuel points through his first 33 plate appearances in the majors (14 games).
