Tampa Bay Rays left fielder Tommy Pham (hand) is back in action for Wednesday afternoon's series finale versus right-hander Cal Quantrill and the San Diego Padres.

Pham is back in left field and the two-hole after sitting out the past two games due to lingering discomfort in his right hand. Austin Meadows is moving to right field Wednesday in place of Avisail Garcia (oblique).
