Brewers' Christian Yelich dealing with back issue
Milwaukee Brewers outfielder Christian Yelich said Wednesday that he could "feel something in his back" during Monday's game against the Pittsburgh Pirates.
Yelich has been held out in both games since. He dealt with back issues earlier this season and said he will remain sidelined until it subsides. The Brewers are off on Thursday.
The MVP candidate is hitting .336 with a 1.133 OPS through 465 plate appearances (104 games) this season. He has 39 home runs, 84 RBI, 23 steals, and 82 runs scored.
