Neil Walker (finger) out of Marlins' lineup versus Rays
Miami Marlins infielder/outfielder Neil Walker (finger) is not starting on Sunday afternoon versus right-hander Yonny Chirinos and the Tampa Bay Rays.
Walker was removed from Saturday's game with a jammed right index finger he suffered in a collision with Rays' outfielder Kevin Kiermaier. Consider him day-to-day for now. Garrett Cooper is moving to first base while Curtis Granderson is at designated hitter as the Marlins close out this two-game interleague set.
numberFire's models expect Walker to record 3 homers, 13 RBI, 16 runs scored, and 2 steals over the rest of the season.
