Tampa Bay Rays infielder Yandy Diaz (hamstring) is expected to return on Thursday.
What It Means:
Diaz will be eligible to join the active roster on Thursday after spending ten days on the Injured List with a right hamstring strain. Expect Diaz to see immediate playing time at third base when he returns.
In 217 at-bats this season, Diaz is hitting .286 with 11 home runs and 31 RBI.
