Rays' Michael Brosseau making big league debut Sunday

Tampa Bay Rays third baseman Michael Brosseau is making his major league debut in Sunday afternoon's series finale versus left-hander Brett Anderson and the Oakland Athletics.

What It Means:

Brosseau is manning the hot corner and hitting fifth in his first taste of the majors after being called up from Triple-A Durham. Joey Wendle is moving to second base Sunday while Brandon Lowe is out of the lineup.

The 25-year-old hit .313/.406/.579 with 14 home runs and 57 RBI in 66 games at Triple-A.
