Colorado's Charlie Blackmon (calf) returns to the active roster on Friday
Colorado Rockies outfielder Charlie Blackmon (calf) was reinstated to the active roster on Friday.
What It Means:
Blackmon will join the Rockies after missing time with a right calf strain. Colorado will option utility-man Garrett Hampson to Triple-A in order to open a roster spot.
In 200 at-bats this season, Blackmon is hitting .300 with 10 home runs and 31 RBI.
