Travis Shaw placed on Brewers' injured list with wrist strain
The Milwaukee Brewers placed third baseman Travis Shaw on the 10-day injured list with a right wrist strain.
It's not clear when Shaw suffered the injury, though he was hit in the right hand by a pitch last month. The move clears the way for Keston Hiura to make his major league debut.
Shaw is batting just .163/.266/.281 with 4 homers, 8 RBI, and 11 runs scored through 154 plate appearances this season.
