Yankees' Miguel Andujar sitting Monday; IL stint possible
New York Yankees third baseman Miguel Andujar is not in the starting lineup on Monday against the Baltimore Orioles.
What It Means:
Manager Aaron Boone said an IL stint is an option for Andujar, who tore his labrum in March. He is 3-for-34 since coming off the IL on May 4, and Boone said the injuries may be contributing to his struggles.
Our models project Andujar to hit .272 with 11 home runs and 38 RBIs over 282 remaining plate appearances this season.
