Cincinnati Reds right fielder Yasiel Puig is out of Thursday's lineup versus the San Diego Padres.
Puig scored both of the Reds' runs in Wednesday's narrow loss to the Los Angeles Dodgers. He's just 10-for-55 (.185) with 2 home runs, 8 RBI, and 15 strikeouts this season. Jesse Winker is covering right field in Thursday's opener.
