Bryse Wilson, Kyle Wright, Max Fried secure spots in Braves' rotation
Atlanta Braves pitches Bryse Wilson, Kyle Wright, and Max Fried have made the Opening Day rotation.
Mike Foltynewicz (elbow) and Kevin Gausman (shoulder) are both expected to start the season on the injured list, creating some openings in the Braves' rotation. Wilson will follow Julio Teheran on Saturday and Wright is penciled in for his first major league start in Sunday's series finale. Fried is scheduled to make his season debut in the sixth game.
Wilson recorded a 6.43 ERA with 6 strikeouts and 6 walks over seven innings for the Braves last season in his first taste of the majors.
