4 Daily Fantasy Baseball Stacks for 7/23/19

While ace pitching is arguably the main highlight of Tuesday's slate, with a full 15 games on tap, you know there will be plenty of spots to stack in tournaments.

Each day here on numberFire, we'll go through four offenses ripe for the stacking. They could have a great matchup, be in a great park, or just have a lot of quality sticks in the lineup, but these are the offenses primed for big days that you may want a piece of.

Premium members can use our stacking feature to customize their stacks within their optimal lineups for the day, choosing the team you want to stack and how many players you want to include. You can also check out our hitting heat map, which provides an illustration of which offenses have the best combination of matchup and potency.

Now, let's get to the stacks.

Washington Nationals

The Washington Nationals may have gotten postponed on Monday, but we still get a chance to exploit the exact same juicy matchup tonight against Peter Lambert.

Obviously, much of Lambert's 6.06 ERA can be blamed on Coors Field, but his 4.94 SIERA and 14.7% strikeout rate over seven starts don't scare us one bit, and his poor batted-ball numbers on Baseball Savant suggest that his home run issues haven't been entirely a fluke, either.

And despite his reputation as a top pitching prospect for the Rockies, he hasn't even impressed at the Triple-A level. He posted a 5.02 xFIP over 11 starts this season and provided only a slightly better 4.71 mark over 11 starts in 2018.

The Nationals' big three in Anthony Rendon ($4,300), Juan Soto ($3,900), and Trea Turner ($4,000) are naturally the top guys you want, but there's plenty of value to be found, too, in Matt Adams ($2,600), Adam Eaton ($2,800), and Brian Dozier ($2,700).
