Justin Verlander ($11,200 on FanDuel): Verlander has been out of this world so far in 2018, and even though the Boston Red Sox are one of baseball's best offenses, it's hard to pass on JV right now. For the season, he boasts a 32.3% strikeout rate, 13.1% swinging-strike rate, 5.0% walk rate and 2.90 SIERA -- all of which are career-best clips. Not bad for a dude in his age-35 campaign. Verlander had a tough matchup in his last start, facing the New York Yankees on the road, and he plowed through them, giving up one run on five hits over 6 2/3 frames. The Red Sox have a slate-low 3.32 implied total, and we project Verlander to total 38.2 FanDuel points, making him the second-best arm, per our models.
