High-Priced Pitcher

Sonny Gray ($9,100 on FanDuel): There's risk in targeting Sonny Gray against the Toronto Blue Jays, but there's upside to compensate. Gray got off to a sluggish start this year, but if we exclude his first three outings, he has a 3.57 SIERA, 25.1% strikeout rate, and 7.6% walk rate. Even those numbers may sell him short, though, because the combination of a 55.1% ground-ball rate and 12.8% swinging-strike rate isn't something you'll find in many starters. The Blue Jays are 20th in wRC+ against righties and 21st in hard-hit rate, so Gray seems to be worth the gamble given the limited pitching options.
